Fight for losing weight to 130 lbs!

Hi there,
I'm addicted to free junk snacks in the office, gained 10 lbs in the past month, trying to lose 20 lbs to get to 130 lbs asap.
Meanwhile, I think the most important thing is to develop good eating habit: eat propped amount, with small bit and chew slowly.
Exercise properly and regularly.
