hey everyone! I am really trying to get serious here and drop the pounds. I am an active person I am always on my feet, any suggestions on weight loss would be appreciated:) thanks

    Hi there! My number one suggestion would be don't give up! No matter how disappointed you might get if you don't see the scale go down, just keep going. Ive been disappointed so many times that i end up going back to my old habits but now I've been on a non stop streak and it feels great.
