On .175/.200 alt daily and lost 50lbs. Also gained ~70 lbs over the last 14 years being a lazy azz.

I'm on 200 mcg and have no trouble losing weight. It just took a little bit to find the proper dosage.

I tried both Synthroid and Levoxyl and ended up gaining a few lbs without changing any eating habits (I had been maintaining prior to that.) I changed to one that is comparable to Armour thyroid (contains T3) and am finally seeing a difference.

I have Hashimoto's (autoimmune thyroid disease). Synthroid & Cytomel reduce the fatigue so I can be more active. But I still kept gaining until I learned to log everything I eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging works.

Yep, 200ug on weekdays and 150ug on weekends. It's working for me at the moment but, I'm putting in a fair bit of effort with logging and exercise as well.
