Successes/struggles this week: I'm finally back down after my TOM and happy to see my true weight again. I worked out 6 days and ate very well with a couple of beers and not-so-healthy meals that I fit into my calories. I'm officially down 20 pounds since the beginning of the year and my measurements are actually smaller than the last couple times I've been at this weight!

    Good going! :)

Thank you so much! :) At the beginning of my journey, I had nothing to wear because I was too big for all of my clothes. Now I have nothing to wear because I'm too small for most of my clothes! My coworker has to tell me when things are too big on me because I just don't realize it! A good problem to have though :) It just goes to show that if you stick with it, that 1 pound every week really does add up!

Successes/struggles this week: both my kids work at Papa John's pizza. Tonight I cheated and ate a slice my son brought home. I have been good for 56 days but I really wanted it. I worked out after and I logged it in my diary.

We all have these lapses. Don't stress over it. You log it and move on to a new day.
