Quinoa has a lot of proteins and vitamins, you can develop muscles, and reduced your body fat :D

    I like quinoa, but I wouldn't say it has a "lot" of protein. A lot of protein for a grain, maybe. Though per 100g it only has 2 more grams of protein than bulgur wheat. And bulgur has close to twice as much fiber and is lower calorie.
