Fighting the belly fat.......before and current photo......

Hello and CONGRATS to all that have lost weight!

I do see a difference in the size of my belly but it just seems to be the hardest part to loose... I have lost 45 pounds and 54 total body inches. I am doing the Jillian 30 Day beginner shred.... So do any of you have any advice or tips to accelerate belly fat loss???

    Unfortunately, you can't target where you lose weight. However, I would recommend incorporating strength training of some sort into your routine to ensure you don't lose muscle mass while you lose fat. I'm not familiar with the Jillian Michaels routines so I don't know if that's alreayd a part of it or not.

    Yes it's does do cardio and strenth☺
