Looking forward to my first Bodybuilding Comp on the 24th May 2015 what a journey I've had from 44inch around my tummy to 29inch

    Fantastic transformation.

    Was you seeing much muscle growth while you where losing weight, or did you lose weight first and then bulk?

    I lost 4 and a bit stone first then start to get some shape then bulked a bit not much as was if build anyway

    im in your boat, 42 years old and I started of at 295lbs/21 stone and hit the weights, lost 50 lbs so far but dont seem to be getting stronger anymore. Although everything ive learned in the gym ive done by myself so made lots of mistakes. so your an inspiration my friend

    Thank u just stick at and increase your protein a bit more chicken white fish etc..... Up your carbs a tad and u will get stronger trust me
