$50 Health Prize - What Do I Pick?

So, to make a long story short, I won a prize drawing at work and am being given the option of picking my own health-related prize, up to $50 value. What would you recommend I ask for?

I don't think I'm interested in a FitBit or other tracking device - I've already got trackers (MFP and RunKeeper) in place. Ideas?

A Kettlebell for workouts at home? A couple of training DVD's? I guess I'd need to see a list of what's available. And have an idea of what things cost -

    Congrats!

Food scale is a great investment, but wouldn't nessecarily be worth $50.

workout clothes, kettlebell, put $ towards new sneakers, if you run (since you use run keeper) use $ to register for a race. congratulations too!

Anything you want? That's quite a prize. I'm not so interested in a FitBit either, there are so many other things out there.

Not sure what you're interested in. Kettlebells or a freeweight set? OOh, or one of those adjustable weight sets. Boxing equipment? Biking equipment? Maybe a good running belt to hold your phone/keys? Nice headphones? One shoe? :p

Or maybe something simple like workout gear, mine always wear out. Sportsbras especially but I'd guess that's not a problem for you! Not sure how it works, do you have to choose and someone buys it for you or do you just get a gift card?

I'd put it towards an olympic barbell; 45 pounds of lunky rawrness. ;) or a punching bag. or another pair of athetic shoes. the clothes and new scales and smaller weights all sound awesome, too. maybe just a card to sports authority?? I wanna win $50 towards something health/fitnessy! :p

All excellent ideas, I like the "use money as entry fee for races" best because it takes you to your next challenge :)

Now I've officially weighed in, I can without shame ask my real question: is that the owl from the opening/ending scenes of "Labyrinth" in your avatar :) Hope you don't think I'm crazy, I just gasped when I saw it and thought I would ask.

I'd put it towards a Bosu Ball. I love working out w/it!

Body elastics 12 piece resistance band set with travel bag and Buddy Lee or King Athletic Jump rope. Covers your strength & cardio.

I travel with these and bring my bands to work.

Not that I know of. It's just a high-res photo of an owl that I found a few years back on Google Images and saved to my computer. Makes a nifty avatar.

Lest it be said that OP does not deliver, I present you the following:

    http://www.amazon.com/Black-Mountain-Products-Ultimate-Resistance/dp/B00DGAID78/ref=sr_1_2?s=sports-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1431713005&sr=1-2&keywords=black+mountain+resistance+bands

I just got them this week, nearly two months later. What can I say - it's local government. We're not exactly know for our alacrity.

Now to figure out how best to use them...
