It's ok to have something "bad" anytime you really want it. Depriving yourself all week will only continue the weekend binge cycle. Decide what food you really want and make room for it in your day. Exercise a little before or after if it makes you feel better.0

every day i make room for something bad. maybe an ice cream pop, popcorn, one glass of wine, etc. whatever really. so when the weekend comes it feels the same as the other days. i maybe just have one extra glass of wine or something. this keeps me sane and not longing for a 'cheat day'0
