Need some friends

I need some encouraging friends who will give me a hard time if I don't finish my diary for the day. I have been trying to do this on my own, but it's not working. I workout 5 to 6 days a week, but it's like I'm throwing my work away with each bite that I take and don't write down.

    Friend me. Happy to help. Plan your meals ahead of time (day prior) then eat your plan and never deviate from it, regardless of the circumstances. You gotta get religious about it.
