Need friends to help with new exercises!!

What are your goals? Any medical conditions or injuries that may prevent you from doing certain exercises? What exercises are you doing now?0

Goals are to loose 80 pounds..no medical condition Los or anything I just have a little back pain from carrying twins..I just started today..I'm doing crunches, leg lifts, and bicycles any help would be appreciated! I'm trying to loose my "kangaroo pouch" and tummy area0

OK I would say if you have back pain then find core moves to do besides crunches & bicycles. I have a bad back and I avoid crunches like the plague. Although I do admit I've been doing some lately lol but when I was just getting started I did zero situps for a couple of months. Planks, side bends, plus resistance moves with light weights took care of a lot of core strength for me.

Alright well first off you don't need to exercise to lose weight, just eat at a deficit. Second you can't spot reduce, the fat will come off when and where it wants to come off.
Strength training is good to do while in a deficit to help keep some muscle while you're also losing fat. Lifting weights (as heavy as you can handle) will help to add strength while you're on your journey. If you have access to a gym or the right equipment at home you could start a program like Stronglifts 5x5, New Rules of Lifting for Women, or Strong Curves.
Body weight exercises are good too if you don't have access to a gym or don't have the right equipment at home to lift. I like pushups, burpees, squats (no weights, usually part of my warm up), lunges (also usually part of my warm up), toe touches (I prefer with a medicine ball but they can be done without weights as well), hip thrusts, plank, froggers, the list could go on and on really.0
