    Thanks everyone! I have only lost 25 lbs .I feel so much better and I want to lose another 25! I'm at a plateau. Grrr!

    It's not "only 25 lbs," it's 25 POUNDS! That's huge! That's 25 peanut butter jars worth of fat you've burned! You go girl! You look fit! This week I watched all the Biggest Loser episodes available on Comcast OnDemand I'm caught up for the season, and cannot wait for the finale next week! I'll have to look into that Biggest Loser workout you have. Great job! Thank you for sharing!
