i started a week ago. New my starting weight because I had been to the doctor. I don't have a scale. I will get one in a couple of weeks.

Doing three days of exercise and have done great with calories so far.

    i also started last week an trying my best to keep up with the calories and carbs i eat but i dont eat much thru the day.
