Weekends are hard to stay on to track with your fitness goals....what your plans and what are you going to do to help stay on track with your fitness goals?

I still track calories but if I go on a saturday night bender I don't track my alcohol calories and then avoid the after bar binge.0

When I first started losing, I had a larger margin of error and I was also very diligent and didn't over eat on the weekends. As I got closer to goal, I wasn't losing because of sloppy logging on the weekend. I lowered my weekly calorie deficit to give me room to eat above maintenance once a week. Now that I am in maintenance, I do the same. Shave off 100 calories per day and eat 600-700 calories over maintenance on Saturday.0

Pre-logging! I've usually logged my Saturday by the time Wednesday comes around.0

Word. Either that or I just go ahead and enter 2500 quick added calories and plan the rest of my week around it (so I don't have to math as much).0 -
Weekends are no different than week days. I think about what I eat and track everything. If I can't find the exact thing I eat in the database I break it down to it's components and choose the closest entries.0
