hi everyone! My goal is to get under 200 lbs (I'm 240 now). I take hormones so I am CONSTANTLY hungry (6 mg estradiol, 200 mg spirolactone). Any other Trans family out there with encouragement?!

You should have just received a friend request from me. I keep my diary open, you probably should too. It helps with accountability when you know people can peek in and see what you're up to.0

Look under your settings, it should give options as to your diary being public or private or locked.0

Sorry I don't know anything about trans hormones, but just wanted to say hello and that you can do this! :-) get yourself a food scale and weigh and measure everything that you consume, then log it here accurately. That is very important! Best of luck!0

Sorry, not trans but wanted to say welcome. I'm fairly new (again) and I know about hunger...haha. I have 70 lbs to lose. I found that upping my veggies has helped curb some of my constant hunger (boredom?) pangs...feel free to add me as a friend, I have an open food diary0

Naomi, click on the poster's name in blue. It goes to their profile page. You can select 'add as friend" or something like that. It will give you the option to send a message along or not.
If you are on a browser version (I'm not sure about the app for phones) you can go to the top of the page above the main big blue bar and it will have your profile name and near it "settings". I think this is where you can go to "diary settings" and select to private, public, or friends only. Hope this helps!0 -
