i am looking for snacks and food ideas that are higher in protein I my intake of protein to be around 33-35 grams every 3.5-4 hours.

Quest bars are usually 20 grams of protein along with 17 or 18 g of fiber, for 200 or fewer calories.
Chicken tenderloins are about 165 cals and 36 grams protein for 5 1/2 ounces.
Fish and shellfish usually have even more protein per calories. Canned tuna, sardines, or salmon are convenient if you like them....just make sure they're packed in water instead of oil.
Boiled eggs are yummy and easy to carry around.
