I wanna build muscle. I need to loose weight first. I don't know what meals to make or snacks to snack without being boring... I don't know what days I should excerise what nothing

    Start with eating less of the foods you already eat. Weigh them on a food scale. Create a deficit and stick to it. If you find that just eating less is not keeping you full, start doing some research on other options and examine your macros.

    Go see a good fitness trainer and a nutritionist. If you are lifting weights you likely are a member at some kind of a gym.
