A little late but need the motivation!

Just lost 22lbs since February - low carb is tough. Would like to continue to lose 2-3 each week.

Current: >200 (scary)
Goal: to be under 200 by end of the month :)

Seems impossible but will pump up the exercise. Thank for the challenge!!

    Great job! Just started myself. Around middle of March. But have officially logged onto MFP for 40 days now. Kinda proud of myself! Lol. :smile:

    Starting weight: 284
    Current weight: 259 (feeling the difference in my energy levels more and more each day)
    Lost so far: 25 lbs (12 of it since tracking with MFP)
    Goal weight: 199 (maybe 180-185 depending on how I feel when I get to 199)

    I'm trying to lose around 2lbs a week but as long I continue to progress, I'm happy. I golf a lot and just started swimming and exercising some...but definitely need to turn up the intensity!! Feel free to add me. I think sharing the journey and cheering each other on certainly increases the enthusiasm and desire to reach harder for the goals. Best of luck!!
