Hey! My name is Jen. I am almost done with lpn school and I'm trying to get back in my shape before school lol I put on 20 lbs in a year! I love carbs so this will be hard. I hope to make some supportive friends on here :)

    Hi I'm trying again too.. only now I'm diagnosed with a chronic illness which means I can't exercise much so I've got about 16kg to lose with very little exercise.. i love carbs too.. I got told once that I eat about half my diet in carbs lol.. so I agree this is gonna be hard.. but we will get there.. just gotta stick with it x
