I am dissapointed the weight between day 30 and 60 did not drop. In fact it increased, however photos do show the program is working. I take the photos from the same spot to show the door is growing in size (lol). Just look at the etching of the glass vs the belly.

You might be losing inches and gaining muscle. Are you following the P90X eating plan faithfully? Don't give up, just keep going.Your health is the most important thing in the world.0

That's amazing! Way to go!0

you are doing great, there is fat loss between day 60 and 90. Look at your arms, they're more defined especially your tricep, compared to day 60. IThe scale really doesn't matter.0

your progress is just awesome!! I felt the same thing from day 30 to 60, I gained muscle. Lost inches but gained weight. Don't seat it....actually...do sweat it! Bring it!0

You look great. Even though the weight is not dropping you are most likely gaining muscle and it definitely shows. Don't get discouraged! Keep up the good work.0

I'm finishing up day 60 tomorrow and can tell you I'll be in the same boat. But the arms thing is right, your losing fat gaining muscle!0

You look amazing! Such a HUGE difference!
Did you know your door is growing?0 -
Progress is awesome!!! Don't get discouraged about the # on the scale - the pics are proof of your success!0

Did you get your body fat measured? I can definitely tell the difference in your stomach area from day 30 to 60. Keep following the protein ratio guide. What's worked well for me is keeping the carbs under 100 grams a day. During my first round of P90X I was simply doing the program and throwing in extra cardio when I could (even doing doubles) and followed a low calorie diet, but now focusing on cutting the carbs is taking me to another level. Good luck with everything.0

Thank you, everyone for your kind words.
Many of you have asked about my diet. I dont even know what you call it anymore. I have posted several postings about my dissapointment of my weight loss. Many said I was eating too little. I wont disagree. Some say I was eating too many carbs, sugars, etc.
So for the last about 2 weeks:
I have bumped my net calories by over 1000 a day. Never leave any calories or very few in the bank, and even started going over on some days. Before this change I was netting 700-1100 a day, and now 1800-2200. Still have not seen any weight loss, but no weight gain either.
I eat a ton of protein, take a gnc protein shake, eat more protein, try to avoid most HFCS (an occasional soda is my glass of alcohol), changed to Greek Yogurt vs light and fit, quit watching my sodium (I find it is impossible to get 200+ grams of protein and watch sodium at the same time), quit doing frozen yogurt at night.
So today: 6 eggs, 4 slices of turkey bacon, 10 oz turkey, .25 cup of oj, granola, soda (my alcohol), little bit of non HFCS syrup for all of the turkey. Currently I am negative for the day until I do my kenpo tonight.
At this point my diet is the way it will stay, I eat for protein only, and not for enjoyment or taste. But I could live with this the rest of my life. I will not go veg, and my sugar intake will always be higher then my goal amount because of fruits, granola, oj and yogurt. Several of the items I eliminated were part of the p90x diet plan, but have eliminated to try to bring down the sugars and carbs.
As I said earlier, thank you for your kind words, and keep pushing towards your goals!! You can do it0 -
Just remember that P90X is not meant for weight loss...but your progress is amazing. Don't let the scale numbers get you down, you look great, definitely a huge difference! Keep pushing play!0

I am a P90X Fanatic! I am on Round 12 and STILL loving it and seeing results. Be patient and stay away from the scale! It is evil!! Go by the way your clothes fit. From experience, I had some weight loss and muscle formation in Round 1 but the HUGE definition and ripped abs happened the end of Round 2 and beginning of Round 3. I still get results because you lift heavier and push harder the farther you get. Currently in Round 12 and sticking to the P90X weighted workouts and doing RevAbs on the cardio days. Seeing even more results in the abs! I just eat low fat/high protein. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Keep pushing play because I could definitely see a difference!!!

I see the changes that you've made. You've done a lot more than what most people are willing to do. Sure the program is 90 days, but I'm sure you've decided that this is a lifestyle change. So, some things take steps and a little tweaking. Sometimes we fall back to an old habit on a given weekend, it's human. For your other low carb foods I would suggest raw almonds and organic cheeses. I love the Smokehouse almonds, but they always help me go over on sodium. You're right though, most folks on here that are increasing their protein don't even track the sodium.0
