    Hi, yeah didn't think of that. I'm into strength training mostly.

    Sweet. Do you follow a specific program, i.e. progressive? Is your focus gaining muscle or weight loss?

    I’m on Starting Strength, and my goal is weight loss at the moment, though I hope to do a bulk soon.

    I'm trying to gain muscle and strength. I started on stronglifts 5x5 last November which helped me build a good base. I'm now doing a 10x3 routine with hypertrophy work in between. I was 9st 12lb when I started I'm 10st 13lb now so it's going well

    That’s awesome!! There are a ton of people on here doing bulks and the like, you can definitely seek them out in the gaining section :smile:
