I'm new to this. I've always thought I did better on my own but now that I'm in my 40's, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to do this on my own. I thought a community support system would help.

    Welcome.
    I Usually do 2-15 minute sessions of intense Cardio on treadmill at Max incline with 2 minutes running as part of it. I walk a lot at work averaging 5 Miles daily.
