Challenge: I'm going to photograph and post everything I eat for a month!

(Because writing it all down has become so tedious!)

I read on a blog about a woman who photographed every single thing she put in her mouth for a month. Not only did she come out far more mindful of what she ate, she also lost 9lbs. (I think that's three kilos.)

It seems a little absurd, but to be fair, typing in my calories into MFP has become a little boring, and I've reached a dreaded plateau. :/ So I feel like giving this a shot.

So every day, (Or every other day, depending on what I'm doing!) I'll post photos of what I eat.
I like to think of it as being accountable when I post.

So here's to some food porn! (And hopefully some results. :P)
