hi. I've a question.
-I'm a 29 year old female on a 1200 calories diet, despite me running 3 days or more in a week for about 30 minutes, I realised, that I'm gaining the weight I've lost. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or can it be increase of weight due to muscle mass(kind of doubt it)?

How long has this increase been going on? What are your stats? It isn't muscle. Most likely it's water weight, or you're eating more than you think.

If your eating at a deficit, it's not going to be muscle.
Are you weighing everything you consume with a food scale?
Are you sure this isn't just temporary water weight fluctuations?
