Looked at a recent picture and decided to make a change

A friend posted a picture of me on Facebook. I did not think that I was that big! I was horrified! Has this happened to anyone else? It motivated me to really plan out my menus and log my food. I am on MFP to do that.

I hardly ever look in a full length mirror. Oh well that has changed. I am off to the gym! :^)

    Yes! That was one of the reasons why I decided to make a change. I saw pictures and just thought "omg when did that happen"
