I'm starting my 7th week of my diet. I've had a great start but have a long way to. Will use this post to publish my journey and use it for support and encouragement from others on their own journey!!

    I have 6 more stone to lose so a long way to go but determined to stick to it. I started off the first 4 weeks having slim fast shakes for breakfast and lunch and a bowl of Special K cereal for dinner with fruit inbetween. I am now doing diet chef for the next 8 weeks which is really easy to follow.
