Ok im a big sweets person, and think i have found a solution
I bought a big choc tootsie roll pop it has 60 calories I suck on it while
working and watching tv, wrap it up tight when im done and my sweets
craving is under control. works for me :smile:

    Love them!! You're good that you can wrap it back up....I may have to try that. I just bought a bag to have something sweet when I want something. I figured this was the least damaging of things I normally like :-)
