Hi everyone, my name is Mya. I'm 33, divorced, w 2 kids. About 4 years ago I was 310 pounds and I lost the weight by eating one meal a day, lots of water and walking. I'm now at 185 & have lots of extra skin left over from losing so much weight. I've gained about 20 pounds back over the past couple months and am trying to lose the weight and tighten everything up. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated I hope all of you reach your goals rapidly and healthy.
