Hey everyone! I'm a senior in college and I am trying to drop about 20 pounds to get to my ideal weight. While I am trying to watch my calorie intake, I am going to try training for a half marathon. I have not ran since high school, so this is going to be a big deal for me! I would love suggestions on eating or running habits!

I run so that I can talk while I run. Start with walking a few minutes then run a few minutes and gradually build up. I walked for 90 seconds and then ran for 90 seconds. I can now run an hour straight on hills.Gradually build up your time.0

I found a schedule on Pinterest and that's what they have me doing! Tomorrow is three miles with running three minutes and walking for two minutes. It should be interesting!0
