Ladies How much can you Lift?

Per hand using free weights like dumbells

I can only lift 20 lbs per hand is that to light? Im struggling with that to be honest.
My goal is to lift 25 lbs per hand one day.

    Leg Press i'm lifting 130.

    How exactly do you lift? How many reps? What kind of exercises? If you are consistent, you will see great improvements in your strength.

    I’d recommend you look into a progressive heavy lifting program like Starting Strength, Stronglifts, or Strongcurves. They’re high weight, low rep programs.

    What lift? Bicep curls, tricep work, rows etc. How much I lift depends on what I'm doing within the given rep range. I wouldn't worry about how much others are lifting, you should be lifting what is challenging for you without sacrificing good form. You should also be lifting appropriate to rep ranges and goals.

    if you are struggling on the last couple reps, then that is the right weight for you. Dont compare yourself to others, everyone is built differently
