I am a young girl look for nice people to keep me motivated so that this time I might actually succeed in a healthy way. My friends and family are really no help. :/

    I hope you feel welcome here! It's so hard when the people around you don't support your decision to be healthier. But so many times others will follow suit after your example! Chin up!
