Hi I am 32 yrs old and obese! it has been a hard road to take in my weight loss ,i have tried so many ways but i get stuck on 176,i dont know why,so i hope that now with your support i can acomplish my goal of loosing the necessary weight in order for me to be healthier and more active.:smile:
