Hello! I am a mother of two. I am looking to lose 80 pounds. I have become a huge binge eater and have gained alot of weight. I am hoping to get support and advice as well as to learn how eating healthy will satisfy me and keep me full. I am hoping to be able to ditch the junk food and keep it away. I am also looking for zero calorie snacks to eat in between meals. I need help!! I have never been this heavy and its starting to really effect me, by both my appearance and health wise.

    Wow...I'm so glad I'm not alone. I have been doing the same thing. Maybe we can help each other, keep each other honest. I'm in the exact same boat, but have more than 100 lbs to lose.

    Good luck with your weightloss but please realise all foods and drinks have calories except for water.

    Mom of 2 as well. A 2 year old and toddler. I need to lose 100. I'm starting with 25 for my first goal. Good luck!
