Yesterday was my first day and I was kinda bummed out cuz I ate over my calorie limit.. But I learned from that and today I ate UNDER my calorie limit!!! I'm so proud!

    Keep it up! Strive to do your absolute best staying under and creating deficits by exercising. But don't get discouraged if you go over your calorie goal. Slip ups will happen once in a while. The next day is always a clean slate! :)

    You will also start to learn how your body reacts to certain foods and eating habits if you track diligently. (I've been a horrible tracker over the last week or so, but I'm getting back on track!)
