calf muscle soreness?

I have a question last week I went walking with my kids pushing my daughter in the stroller as my son rode his bike. I completely forgot to stretch before walking bc I knew I would be doing some sprints but didn't bc I just wanted to get going.I normally workout at the gym without my kids so that probably threw me off.Anyways onto the question I have this one spot on my calf really close to my bone that hurts when I walk and put pressure on the balls of my feet. Its only in the one spot and I thought stretching,massaging,icing and just resting it for a couple of days would be ok. Well I was feeling better yesterday so I went to the gym and did interval training on the tredmill and had to stop bc it hurt so bad to run and even walk on the tredmill,I guess I made it worse. I have no idea what is going on. I have done the elliptical once during the soreness and it didn't bother me so I'm wanting to try and do that so I can get in some cardio. Has anyone had this type of pain and if so what did you do and how long did it take to recoup I'm dying to get back and get some gym time in and can't if I'm going to keep getting this type of pain.Should I just go and see my dr?

Well when I've gone a week or so not doing calf exercises and return to it, it hurts for about a week after. That's all I can say. I don't understand what bone you're referring to.0
