Anywhere between 135-145..idk depends on how I look. I am 5'70

I'm 164cm (5'4") and am aiming for around 67kg (top of healthy bmi range) but I don't remember being that size as an adlt so I will see how I go as I get closer. Probably anything between 64 - 70 (I think that's about 140 - 150 pounds).0

5'7", and my goal weight is 175-180lbs.
For now =D. It may be I put 5lbs or so of muscle back on....we'll see how it goes.0 -
I am 61 years old, and 5ft 3in, I was 210 when I started this journey a year ago, Went down to 175 and then kind of fell off the wagon. Went to NYC last Nov, for a week and gained a few lbs. Then of course Christmas was just around the corner, so could not pull myself back up, I found out about this site a few months ago, but really never looked into it closely until I weighted about 6 weeks ago and found myself back up to 190, so I grabbed onto the wagon and pulled myself up and now yesterday I weighed in at 179... Woo hooooo back living the 70's life. I would love to get to about 140-145, but will see when I hit 150. Right now I am longing for the 60's.0

I'm 5'2" and started with a goal of 125lbs, I reached that goal and felt that I needed to be healthier, so I changed it to 120lbs. (which I'm 1lb away). I'm still not quite where I need to be so I'm shooting for 118lbs, then I'll change again if needed!0

MIne is 190. That may seem high to some, but I started at 317, so I think that is a good goal. Current weight is 256.0

I started at 210, I'm now 182. For the most part I'm taking it day by day but I would love to be down to 176 by my birthday in June!! I'll be 21 and I'd love to write my real weight on my driver license application!!0

I am 5'7'', started my journey at 210lbs, and am now at 165lbs. I really want to see if I can make it to 154lbs to start. That is the first goal my Body Test put me at when I did it at the gym. That weight would give me 21%BMI! After losing 35lbs I redid my Body Test and it said I would be at 21% when I weigh 163lbs. (I gained more lean muscle since working out daily). Still want to be in the 150's though!0

I'm 5'6" and my dream weight is 125. My body seems to be happy at 130-135 though as I've been maintaining in that range for about 18 months. My highest weight was 150.
Ditto this exactly except for the maintenance. My original goal weight was 135 from 150, but I'm 136 now, and still pretty fluffy, so I reset my goal for 130 and will re-evaluate then. I'm almost 37, so I am fine with discovering that I will never be as skinny as I was in college so long as I am fit and happy. :-)0 -
Mine was 150lbs - which I reached in Sept 2010. I had come to terms with that as my goal weight since I was doing so well maintaining it. Then I had a few days where I was over my calories and would see a weight loss - but once I was back to my normal calories for a few days, I would see my weight bounce right back up to 150lbs. I'm currently in the middle of a week long "experiment" where I have been upping my calories. And you know what? I've lost 4.5 lbs in a week after raising my calories. I'm going to continue with this and see what happens. I think being 145 consistently would be fabulous - and being 140 would be AWESOME. But, I refuse to fight my body to stay at a certain weight. So, we shall see.0

I have mine set at 140 but don't really have a goal weight. My 1st goal, which I just achieved, was to fit back into my size 8 jeans. I haven't worn them in over 5 years ... until today. My "goal weight" is whatever weight I'm at when I stop losing because right now I'm on an exercise and eating plan I'm happy with and I'm losing. So I figure when I stop losing, that's where I'm supposed to be.0

I was wondering about the tips to lose goal weight.0

I wanted to weigh 135, since I weighed that in high school.
At 145-150 the clothes I wore in high school are too big.
So now, I am slowly trying to get to 135-140.0 -
I'm 5'2" with a goal of 115, but depending on muscle gain I'm prepared to accept 120-125, if I can weigh that without this big gut and butt.0

I'm 5'8 and right now my goal is 150 lbs. I'm toying with the idea of getting down to my high school weight of 140 but I have a feeling that would be too thin, so I'm going to re-assess at 150 and maybe go down to 145.0
