Here's an easier method: Instead of creating a bunch of rules to follow, just log your food, and burn more calories in a day than you consume? This way, you can eat rice, pasta, beef, fried foods, etc etc. Just in moderation0

I'm having pancakes with nutella later.0

And your starter for ten - What toxins are you aiming to detoxify from?
Bonus question - what would the above eliminations do that peeing, pooping and breathing will not?
(hint: there are none and nothing and wooo)0 -

Why start it out with a bunch of "NO"'s? Try a few "YES"'s instead:
YES to lean protein
YES to plenty of fluids
YES to fruits and veggies
YES to whole grains
YES to "healthy" fats
YES to small portions of treats

NO fun.
Day 1 of how many?
OP as others have said, rather than implementing a bunch of arbitrary restrictions, why not just eat a variety of foods that you enjoy, aiming to fill your day with primarily nutrient dense food, log everything, fit in treats as you can, and try to move more?
