Blogging about my struggles, motivation, and eating disorder

I don't want to be one of those shameless self promoters but other MFP friends suggested I share some of my writing with you guys, about my struggles with weight loss & emotional eating. A few of my MFP friends followed me over from a blog I write and thought you guys here might find it interesting. Let me know if posting a link here is a faux pas and I'll delete it.
I'm a freelance writer who gets paid to write and my blog is supported on a religious platform. I'm Catholic so it's hosted under a Catholic Channel on a larger pan-religious site. Feel free to ignore the Catholic stuff and just read the diet stuff. It's under the tag "You Can't Spell 'Diet' Without 'DIE'"

How about you guys here? Do you have blogs where you write about your weight loss journey? I'd love to read them if you do. I need to the motivation from you guys too.
Happy Monday. Here's to the start of another week of healthy eating and active living.

Read some of your blog entries and they truly spoke to me. I lost 60 pounds two years ago on MFP and maintained for one year. I have gained 35 pounds back in 6 months after my child was injured and I consoled myself with fast food and junk and no exercise after physical therapy. Today is a new day and I will start again. We can do it!!0
