Should I lose weight?

I'm 5'9", and 135 pounds. I'm looking to get to 125, but I don't know if that's healthy or even possible in a normal way. I'd love some input.

You're already on the lower end of a healthy weight, and your goal would put you on the cusp of being underweight. Instead of weight loss, you'll probably be better off with a body recomposition plan, where you eat at maintenance and lift heavy.0

Only you will be able to answer this question as everyone will have a Different opinion. But based on your stats, I think that's a fine weight to stay at. I also weigh 135. I wouldn't lose anymore0

I agree with everyone above. I think you're more likely to get the results you want by eating at maintenance and lifting heavy. If that's you in your profile pic, it definitely doesn't look like you need to lose.0

A 10lb loss will get you to the very low end of a healthy bmi and there's nothing wrong with that, but at this point it will be a preference thing. You could take it a pound at time and evaluate how you look/feel. I did this when I transitioned into maintenance and there was definitely a point where I looked in the mirror and said 'yeah, too low now' and then I added a bit of weight, until I got back to the point where I felt comfortable at. This point will be different for everyone.
Also realize when you go into maintenance you won't have a set weight but a maintenance range, usually 3-10lbs. So you could get down to 125, and then have your maintenance range be 125-130lbs for example. Also, at this point if you want to keep losing you should aim for a .5lb a week loss. Anymore and you're going to run into issues with not having enough calories.0 -
