I've used this app for a while now to lose weight but I haven't been able to lose much. So feel free to share some tips to help.

    Find people on a similar journey to yourself, share ideas and keep each other motivated. You'll be surprised the difference it makes

    Try to plan what you're eating before you eat it. I know that last year, I would eat snacks and then add them later in the day/tommorow, after the fact.

    Your profile says you've lost 11 lbs and have 24 to go, which isn't bad at all. Maybe you're already doing it right? I dunno, I need more information to offer better advice.
