I have gained 30 lbs and I believe my body got used to eating out so now I try and incorporate exercise(3 times a week) and grocery shopping. I have been staying away from fast food, I try and eat protein bars while at work, and I only drink water (probably about 3- 4 bottles a day). The only difference in my exercise is that I notice I can't do as much cardio as before, I also try and use weights but just for some tone. I just want some insight into what I am doing wrong?

    What's going wrong, specifically?

How many calories a day do you eat? Your diary is empty, but it sounds like you might not be giving your body enough fuel. Exercise take fuel.

this, you need to clarify what you are trying to do before anyone else can give you advice on how to get there

if you are trying to lose weight read this

If you're really changing your lifestyle, then that 30 lbs might take several months to go away. If you want a quick beach body, then most people get sabotaged at work. Is there a community candy bowl that you maybe you nibble on autopilot?

Start with your empty diary - get some accurate logging in there and you'll see results. Use a food scale, don't use generic entries, use the recipe builder, etc.
