Getting frustrated!

i am at the point where I don't think anything is going to work! I need to loose 20 lbs and all I keep doing is losing and gaining the same 1-2 lbs! :'(

    How many calories are you eating, and what exercise do you do each week? Could just need to tweak it slightly to get over the bump :)

    Are you using a food scale to weigh everything you consume? To lose weight, you must eat at a deficit. So weighing your foods accurately will be very important. Logging accurately is very important also.
    What are your current stats and how long have you been working at this?

    thorsmom01 is right!! You'd be surprised at how much more you're eating than you realise. I started weighing food and was shocked at how many more calories I was consuming that I thought.

    Above comment so true I was shocked to see how much my portion sizes were way too high especially for pasta and rice etc
