I can look at my body in the mirror and know that I need to lose weight and that's enough to keep me going. Are you weighing your food and keeping track of everything that goes in your mouth? What is your height, weight and age? Open your diary so people can see what you are eating.

You can totally do this! I have lost 86 pounds using MFP. Feel free to add me if you would like.

Menopausal myself and find that the 10lbs I could lose easily a few years ago have become stubborn. My calorie intake is 1350 and I find it difficult sometimes to stick to it. Weight is slow to move so I'm concentrating on really reducing my sugar intake. Will add you:-)

Hi there. Thanks for the add. I am not too smart in this app so knew I had a message from you and finally found it today. My caloric goal is 1200. I never lose any weight without exercise unless I'm totally starving but I found last year that when I paid the price and stayed disciplined the weight came off. Lost 8 pounds last August and then found out that I was great at maintaining it at my plateau. Still more than what I want. I started more vigorous working out with onset of winter but LO and behold here I am back at my heaviest weight. This sucks!! I just want some red wine and child and dips. Would that kill a girl?
