Does anyone drink protein shakes as a meal replacement? If so howblong does it curve the hunger. What else do u eat to that doesnt contain so much fat

    No. Eat real food. Fat is not bad for you (unless you have a diagnosed medical condition).

    I have them not as a meal replacement but to supplement my protein because I have a hard time hitting my protein target. They curb my hunger just like anything else that I drink but curbing my hunger is not the goal.

    Protein powder is a processed food. It can be used as a convenience to fill your protein macronutrient, but I would not rely on it every single day. I use it on busy days when I do not have time to plan out my meals, but not as a meal replacement. A good protein powder is only about 150 calories per scoop. Avoid meal replacement / protein powder combos.

    My suggestion would be for you to learn to predominate your intake with a rich variety of whole and minimally refined foods.
