Get a microwave vegetable steamer. Takes 3-4 minutes to steam.0

My go to lunch is veggies, frozen chicken breast, and a tablespoon of dressing in a glass container (i won't microwave plastic). I microwave it all for about a minute. The veggies are slightly cooked but still crunchy. I put kale, frozen peas, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, cilantro...pretty much anything I have in my fridge. Easy and usually under 300 calories.0
