Work out (video) tips for 5-7 days (or longer)

Hey guys,
I don't have much to lose (max. 2kgs) but I would just like to work out really hard this week since I have the time and because my boyfriend is doing something crazy (biking 1900 km in 8/9 days), which motivated me to take care of my body a little extra this week, lol.
Usually, I run 2-3 times a week but the weather is really hot now so I figured to do some cardio/strength workouts. I'm already starting to get a little toned (abs, arm muscles, upper legs mostly) but there's also still a bit of fat.
Is there any work out program, exercise, separate videos, you liked to do for 5-7 days straight (or longer). I just want to know how I can get most out if this. Of course, I will continue my calorie deficit and will not eat all my exercise calories back.
I have a workout mat and light weights (2kg per weight). Any recommendations are welcome!

I prefer Body Beast for resistance training and Insanity Asylum for HIIT trainings.0

I like fitnessblender because I can customize whatever workouts I want, with any levels and types I can dream up.
They have thousands of videos to choose from and they're all free (although they do have plans you can buy). And I like that they don't yell at me!!
