I am 5'1 and weigh 167. MFP is telling me my net calories is 1280 but when i look it up on other sites its tell me, You need 1,903 Calories/day to maintain your weight. 1,903 You need 1,403 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week. 1,403 You need 903 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week. Anyone with my same height and weight that can help me??

Do you mean MFP says 1280 to eat in order to lose 1 pound per week? 1280 vs 1403 is not a big difference, likely based on activity estimation.

Try one of those for 8-12 weeks. Keep in mind it is important to be accurate in your food logging. After 8-12 weeks, adjust up or down slightly based on results.

My guess is the with MFP you are not putting your goal to maintenance...that's a weight loss goal. Beyond that, other calculators use the TDEE method whereby exercise activity is included in your activity level and thus those calories are included in your calorie goals. MFP does not do this...you account for exercise activity with MFP by logging it after the fact and that is why you get those calories to "eat back."
