I'm at the start of a weightloss goal - 28 lbs. I have started running a lot and am doing kickboxing classes and some yoga videos. Unfortunately I've always been bad about dieting. I didn't realize MFP had discussion boards and you could add friends. I need motivation and if you do too, we should be friends. :)
