hey everybody! My name is Princeton and im trying to lose 15-20lbs this summer.

I suck at dieting, i love drinking sodas and eating late; most of my day i am at work on a computer, nothing but fast food around to eat for lunch.

Please add me and share any tips or tricks you have that you think will help me reach my goal

    Can you switch to diet soda perhaps and more water? Doesn't matter what time you eat, it doesn't affect weight loss. Main thing is you weigh, measure and log all your food and drinks and stay under your calorie goal.

    I work at a desk job as well. I try to bring my lunch to work as much as possible so fast food won't temp me. I was hooked on sodas a while back, gave them up one year and lost weight. Replace soda with water! I drink 60-100oz of water at work and it helps! Good luck on your journey. You can do it!!

    I'll limit my alcohol if you limit your soda.
