Hello, here is my current split. I would like to hear some feedback on how it looks...
I am 22 years old, female, and moderately active. I weigh 120 lbs and am 5 foot 3. I lift weights and am looking to get strong.
Thanks for your time, all help is appreciated!
1900 calories/day
Carbs: 214 g (45%)
Protein: 166 g (35%)
Fat: 42 g (20%)

I'd personally up the fats a little more.

This. And depending on how hard it is to hit, you dont have to have that much protein. You could drop to 120. But if you're hitting that number without issue, carry on.0 -
Yep. I would drop the protein to 100-120 and increase fats and carbs a bit. No need for all of that protein0

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking my protein was high, but I often hit that much. I think it would be wise to up my fats, so maybe I will drop protein to 130 and up fats a bit and add any leftover calories to carbs. Thanks everyone!0
